[Help/Question] Im stuck with accpage making ! ^_^

(Beginning with this, I acctually found a guide on the forums, with some wamp prog. I failed bigtime with that, followed all steps, but I couldnt get it online.)

I'm stuck again!
Got my server running public and steady, thanks to schyter.

But now when I got it public, I want to have a reg. page!
And, I just want one of those classics, none extra page, ill fix that myself l8er on. But right now I just need a account creation page.
(The one followed with my repack(Lichking template) is boring and doesn't even work.

So I am asking you, members of Mmowned, to enlighten me with your tips!
Just tell me if there's anything you need to see. And I'll fix it.
