How to add recall locations to your server?

I got an Ascent server running for myself, but the only downside is it has absolutely no recall locations, is there any way you can get them without having to go to every place and add one, or can you say download them and put them in a file? Thanks already.

Or u can do it in navicat or so like this open notepad

INSERT INTO `recall` VALUES ('id', 'NAME, 'mapid', 'X cords', 'Y cords, 'Z cords');

then save this recal.sql important that you save it .sql then execute it but if u go to the place in game a do .recall add name like MisterEmu said will work to
