Stuck on handshaking 2.3.3

Hey people. I just downloaded the new patch 2.4, and I got some problems with my private server(2.3.3). When I start the whole server and logon wow, it says "handshaking" And i cant connect. My maxbuild is 9999 in my logonserver.conf (Uploaded for you). I would really like someone to help me.

Well i downloaded Patch 2.4 used a 2.3.3 server, then i got stuck on authenticating and handshaking.. but then i just updated to 2.4 and it worked , and who says they saw that guy?
