I've watched this and the concept is actually pretty damn cool and innovative. The source is listed at the end of the video and still available pretty cool and worth a look.

The bot, ops helper is fully based off interrupts. I don't know how it fully works, but I'm guessing they are setting some callback requests. So I would think Blizz could easily mod the lua engine to stop such things. Its just a little crazy to code a full helper in lua lols...
