[PQR] Rubim (Vanilla) Blood DK reborn

Hey, I always liked this rotation, so I updated it for 5.4, this is a tribute to that amazing coder.

this is all Rubims original code with a few minor tweaks, it uses Nova frame and a modified nova data file.

How come non-combat buffs like horn of winter and bone shield don't apply out of combat? I don't see anything in the [MISC] Non-Combat Buffs that would prevent it.

check Functions, and then check pause....I added some code that was borrowed from ChistopherX

Busy = IsMounted() or UnitBuff("player","Food") or UnitBuff("player","Drink") or UnitInVehicle("player") or UnitIsDead("player") or UnitChannelInfo("player") or UnitCastingInfo("player")

Also check the rotation order, I think I moved the default order to have it pause ooc

Approved the attachments. It's easier if you upload the attachments to dropbox or some other online storage service though, so you don't need to wait for all your attachments to be approved before people can download them!

Something is messed up with both profiles, and neither of them has configurations pop up Just tried the X version and it pauses ever 3 secs and does not cast Rune Strike
