Hey there,
just thought I share my Unholy DK mashup ( origin leetjerk I think) with ya. There were some things I did not like with his profile and some strange rotation-stucks I fixed.
Sometimes this version also stucks when you have a lot of BloodTaps stack, just spam Scourge Strike until rotation works again.
There`s also no AutoInterrupt, no Autoslow with ChainsofIce, no AutoDarkSimultan and no AutoDefCDuseage. I prefer using these myself. When Lichborne is activated it heals yourself. That`s the only special coded in ( was in leetjerks mashup already coded in )

Keybinds :
RCtrl -> Burst Toggle
LShift -> Hold for Icy Touch DIspells ( Glyph recommended)
LCtrl -> Pause
LAlt -> Pause
Mouse5 -> Presence Switch
Mouse4 -> Asphyxiate / Strangulate focus if exists

Talents I use : Rolling Blood,Lichborne,Asphyxiate / Chillblains, DeathPact/Conversion, BloodTap and Remorseless Winter

How I play with this profile.
Bind all important spells like Talents/DefCDs/Utilities like Dark Sim or DnD. to my Pause-Modifiers and cast them when needed.
I also binded Chains of Ice to Pause-Modifier (i.e. when not playing with Chillblains and I need a slow on my target)
When I see the Profile is trying to get BloodTap off and it does not work I just use Sourge Strike/ Necrotic myself until profile works again.

Nothing special about this profile, but works better than the other profiles I tested.

LeftAlt + 1 -> Chains of Ice, LeftAlt + Q -> Remoressless Winter, LContrl + 3 Dark Sim.. , LControl + x -> DnD and so on
