Edit: Lol forgot to bring drinks and spent most time oom in my crappy 440ilvl mix of Contender's and old Dragon Soul-gear & 5k spirit xD

Any tips on how I could adjust the settings to fit my gear better? Or should I just suck it up and get better gear/bring manadrinks?

I haven't test it out in any raids yet, since my priest is my alt, all the testing that I've done are in 5m heroics. The only way that I can think of for you not to go oom as fast in lower ilvl is go in and edit the healing spells themselves on when to heal, lower the % will delay the heals.

Currently trying to put together a Disc profile, however I never really played as Disc before; would like some pointers on rotations. I have a basic idea on how it works: keep POM up, Penance and Holy Fire on CD, then Smite spam; PoH for group heals. Only Flash/Greater heal if borrowed time is up? So with that, how do I make it more optimal? Like should I have the rotation Penance first all the time? Then follow up with Holy Fire and Smites? Any help/suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks

hey lantus yea disc priest plays differently then holy priest its ccurently the most powerful healer god mode in t 14 raids.
atonement is basically shield on cd penance on cd always first prioirty and prayer of mending on cd always in raids. holy fire is #1 always always use i on cd and then smite to stack 5 evengelism to proc archangel. emergency cooldown are spirit shell ---- 1 min cd this cd is the reason why disc priest is borderline cheat mode in raids. absorbs 350,000 dmg shield when you heal with poh or greater healing. this is why disc priest tops meter easily in raids. its on a 1 min cd always.

when casting spirit shell, the heals that you heal when it is activated is added to the shield it will stack up to 5 greater heals or 5 poh max.

but once you use archangel you can refill it back up by holy fiire first + smites to get back 5 more stacks of eevngelism.
make sure to glyph holy fire and glyph smite.

Uploaded a Disc profile, all these profiles are still a WIP. But they seemed to perform decently in 5m Heroics, haven't had the chance to test them in LFR and beyond yet.

yea discipline priest is such a overpowered healer it makes me sick how can blizzard overlook it.

Lantus! I'm really excited to see active work occurring on Disc priests!

I've been playing with your new profile a bit, and have a few suggestions:
1. Your PoH implementation won't work in raid settings. In LFR, Disc is terrible, since you have to cast it per-group, but it doesn't appear that it does anything here at all. I suspect the same will occur in 10 man. Right now, I'm using Alt-left click on Vuhdo for PoH, so it pauses your rotation for AoE heals.
2. Your Smite/Holy Fire implementation is spot on, better than the other profiles I've used.
3. It should probably try to use alternate heals (GHeal, Heal) when you have no Smite target. I haven't seen that work yet, but it may just be those need some variable tweaking.
4. Need a constant method for Power Word Shield for Rapture. ID the tanks, and keep it up on them.

Please keep up the good work! This was VERY needed in the community, and my skills at this are BAD, and mods to existing profiles weren't much help. thank you!
