[TIP] Alliance AV Defending at Bridge.

I was running around in AV with my alt tonight, and found a neat little place to stand at if you're defending as Alliance (or maybe attacking as Horde).


Step 1. Go here! If you've ever played AV you should be able to see where I am.



Step 2. Wallclimb here. Purple/Pink is where you stand/land! Red is how to jump! (At least for people who sucks at wallclimbing, like me).



Step 3. Purple/Pink is where to land! Red is how to jump! Blue is where you have to JUMP in order to reach the Purple/Pink spot. Only with 60% mount, otherwise you'll have to jump earlier.



Step 4. Enjoy your new lookout spot, it's great as the "walls" on the pillar gives you protection from other people and you decide wether to expose yourself or not.



That's all .

Its OK for about 30 seconds until a bunch of horde notice you and all focus on you because you have no where to run :P still, good find +rep

Actually, I had 4 people trying to kill me there yesterday. The "walls" on the pillar is great defense, even though I didn't stand there for long.
I was thinking of going there with my Hunter today and try it out.

Anyways, this is used a lot and gives no real benefits...a good post, but no reason to say it gives Alliance a advantage.

Idd, I flamed a guy who deserves flaming. Why the hell do you go and whine about which side has the most advantages in AV at all for ? I've been playing both Horde and Alliance in AV and during the days I've played it's been different sides winning in different patches.

Sure, Blizzard might not have gotten a nice balance in AV yet.
Hell, as it is now, Horde is winning all the time in my Battlegroup. I can't even remember last time I won.

He posted something totally irrelevant to the thread which only ends up with flaming about which side has the most advantages in AV.

What I posted is usable by both sides, but I can see abit more use of it for Alliance. So excuse me for flaming a 'tard.

Everybody know that alliance got a faster way to horde base, and nowdays none of the horde defends. So alliance usually win because of that..When horde wins, its usually because horde ownz allies. Its common sense.

Still depends on which Battlegroup and level range you're in. In "Misery (EU)" Alliance seems to lose all the time, at least in the lvl 51-60 bracket. Too many Hordes running around with oldschool chars, pwning my Rogue with Asscandy
