So, we are using these for a scanner we are running for (legit) players.

Have these accounts accepted the terms of service and completed the tutorial? We are running into an issue where if an account has not done that, it's not seeing mons for the scanner.

The ingame ToS is very hard to accept,there are scripts do it but i have not used them,i could run the script on one account and send it to you to check if it works with scanner free of charge,I think the tutorial is practically impossible to complete automatically but i will search a solution!Also i think you only need to accept the ToS in order to scan but i am not sure.
