Alter requirements to post in WoW emulator server listing

Back when wow emulation was more active, our own wow emulator server listing section was a lot more used. Nowadays however, if you go to page 4, you get threads where the last post was from 2012. I'm not saying flat out remove requirements to post there because then it will be flooded like ******* (some other forum for WoW emulation), but maybe only require like 20-40 rep instead of Donator status because right now that section is beyond dead.

there are not as many emu servers anymore so that is to consider too, however, we are confident that donator requirement is still fine. If there is a serious server, then surely they can pay for donation status if they wish to advertise here
