Realy need wow help please

Ok i made an Ascent private server. So after 3 days, i decide to go back to real wow to raid. But, it wont let me connet. What do i have to undo to play regular wow. Im pretty sure the Realmlist.wtf has to be changed somehow? Can some1 please post some directions or any help ill really apreciate.

1: go into your World of warcarft Folder
2: open the file "realmlist.wtf" with a note pad
3: delete everything in there and put all of this in there \/

set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com

Yeah or if your playing on EU server and not US change it to

set realmlist EU.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist EU.version.worldofwarcraft.com
