I got 2 1 TB hard drives so it takes a long time for me too defrag thats why I have it set to auto do it i'll check out these programs(I already got CCleaner)

Good list, however most of these are consolidated into one program called "Hitman". You can find it here Hitman Pro 3 - SurfRight The site may not look the best, because its based in Germany I guess, but its a real time saver. Keeps you from having to scan individually with each program. Best to use at night when youre not using your computer though, since its a memory/cpu hog.

Scans your computer for many things, like broken registry, and you can manage your start-up programs.
All you have to do is to install, and then scan your computer (10 min max), and then click repair. Boosted my FPS from 20~ to nearly 30 (;

ATF-Cleaner! Best crap cleaner ever! Works lime a charm and clean up A LOT and do it very quick as well. You don't need to install it neither, it's just a plain .exe file.
