My av stopped the exe from launching because of malware threats and yes i know about false positives but ill wait untill someone else confirms this.

The posted source (his method) is legit, so you can always make your own if you don't want to try the exe.

I Recived a client is patched message then a small window that says
hotkey F11 is to turn it off and on. and nothing happend.
I tried a few different maps and toggling the hack and on off
did i do something wrong? if not then its not working.

You don't need to press anything after you receive "client is patched" unless you want to turn it off.(in which case you'll have to press f11 twice in fact)
This doesn't contain zoomhack, you need to use it separately if you must.

This turns on global illumination on dungeon maps instead of light-beam spotlight-on-you type.

works, and works alright.
After applying fullbright (and having it work for a couple zones), I go to crossroads in act2 during the darkness quest and... I mean its not entirely dark like it should be but it isn't entirely light either. all other zones I have access to (up to like act3) seem to work fine.

Only thing that has me scared... is WTF do you need 3.5mb for to do some simple memory editing...? you don't even have any graphics in the program or anything.

Based on the VirusTotal report and what you can find if you open the exe in a hex editor, I'd guess this was a trainer made from CheatEngine.
