I've found the address and locked it when the action point bar is 100% but what I've found is only the client-side graphic of the full Action Point bar. I haven't messed around with the pointers yet.

I've gotten it to where I can cast it (the Ice Knife skill, for example) and the animation goes through, but there is no damage. I was able to cast about 2 per second which was pretty fun, but completely visual rather than useful. Longer spells such as Arcane Singularity begin the animation but fail to complete.

But they did something weird, you only get half rolls. Not sure if you still get the evade or not, didn't test.

If it still works, probably best to not use it on main accounts any more since they're aware of it lol.

they added a serverside check too, so you only roll in place now if your stamina isn't truly full.

Yep this is why there is now slight lag whenever you try to dodge.

So it's no longer possible.
