Looking to buy a cheap wow account to start playing again since my main account was banned.

Paying 35Euro maybe abit more if the account is decent, doesn't need to be anything special just a lvl 90 with semi decent gear.

Have you bought any account yet?
If not. Check out Caltin (mage/panda/ally) on Frostmane. It has several other lv 90's however, lesser gear. It has CM gear + fancy mounts.
