I am a new streamer that streams as often as I can, and I'm starting to build up a view count.
I'm going to offer you the following deal:
I will have 2 other ads besides yours, your banner will be shown 5 seconds each during my streaming.
Payment will be done weekly, and there is a 1 week cancellation time (if you no longer wish to be advertised for you will pay half of the original cost for the upcoming week).
I have no set price yet, I'm open for offers, but the price will rise with the view count.
