Only a reseller, all the characters he lists he doesn't actually own,

Although I've bought a few accounts of him without trouble, he doesn't give Original owner id with his sales, one character I bought had problems with Blizzard when I requested id from him it didn't even match the account on the name, that account is now locked as he doesn't even know who OO is!

Be wary and ask to for Original owner id and check it matches the name on the account, I lost 300 euros because of this!
Yes you will get the account but if you ever need to contact blizzard problems can occur
