Explain what happened: I purchased a Legion CD key from him and he has not sent it. Claims it has not shown up in his Paypal and refused to accept three screenshots as proof of payment. Claims to have been on the phone with Paypal for over 30 minutes yet I was able to call Paypal and confirm that the payment went through and the call took less than five minutes.

Proof: Screenshots of the payment sent through Paypal and screenshots of our Skype conversation. This guy has five threads open currently so please shut him down before he scams others. I was unable to recover the $10 because I sent is as a personal payment at his request. I have alerted PayPal to his scam and they are flagging his account for fraud.
