To be exact :
- base 5 tabs ((Patch 2.1 expanded the maximum number of tabs for RoS players to 5)
- one free (patch 2.4 added another one to a total of 6.)
- 4 to earn with seasons journey up to Conqueror
- two more with necro pack
EDIT :
btw, i forgot to say : the sheetdps in attribute bar is wrong when playing a necro (i have like 1.5M and it tell 12.2k), other classes seems ok

So the following CoE Elements should be skipped:
- 1 - Arcane
- 3 - Fire
- 4 - Holy
- 5 - Lightning
