Dalguhr Oasis? and what you mean by half of it? (:

Basically ring drops from Writhing Receiver monsters, they are located in Oasis,Vota (in a small quantity) and Sewers of Caldeum.

In Oasis I only check Tomb of Khan Dakab

always. I do not clear Oasis. just check the tomb

My suspicion confirmed, D3 has specific loot tables indead, guys I am 100% sure about it.

I did like 5 runs and had 2 legendaries dropped. Both were level 10, so I guess I did the runs at the wrong places?
I've got 5 NV's in vota and then searched for the tomb in the oasis where I got my first legendary. After checking the oasis I run throught the Ruined cisten where I dropped my 2nd legendary which was a level 10 Daibo from those snakes (got german client so idk the english name ^^)

More few runs like i've did already, and i am going to open a shoe boutique. The crudest boots are definitely in the trend this late summer/early autumn amongst mobs.

I GOT IT!!!!! 3 days straight farming, 20+ other legendaries, FINALLY GOT THE RING!!!... got it in sewers of caldeum, got 5 stacks in vota first...

I'm glad to know some of you had luck following instructions from my guide. I gave up all hope and stopped farming, maybe I'll wait for the prices to drop...
