Help with VMware Workstation

I instaled the VMware Workstation and created a vm with Windows 7 +D3, but everytime I start Diablo on the vm, I get a gray screen and I can only see the D3 cursor.

I've reinstaled the VMWare tools, but it didn't solved the problem, so I need a little help with this problem.

I'll +rep anyone who contributes positively for me to solve it.

Found the solution: "My documents", "Diablo 3" openned D3Prefs file and changed DisplayModeWindowMode "0" to "1" .
