how to edit or convert .skin files

As my Title says, is there a program that i can convert.Skin files to be edited or to workable formats

they aren't editable files. *.skin files are waht tell a m2 HOW to use a blp nothing more

I knew it.

.SKIN files are describing how the vertices are assigned to triangles etc. They have no information about textures. (not the graphic part). If you want to edit textures, use the .BLPs.
