Having 2 items in inv when 1 is allowed

Didnt search this but it still works on my server (priv).
Step 1. Buy an items which is only 1 allowed in inventory (when you try to buy more itll say something like you cannot carry anymore of these items)


Step 2. Equip , Disequip , Sell it.
Step 3. Buy a new one equip it.
Step 4. Start spamming rebuy in the shop.

Step 5. HARDEST part the server must crash. Maybe in an accident crash. Or ask your friends to make a 4v4 party or what its called. One way or the other it must crash.
Step 6. After the crash relog as soon as possible then a reroll you have 2 items in inv (the same which dosent let you have 2) or 1 equipped other in inv.
Step 7. may be hard equip the one or two in your inv

there is a easyer way to do this , but the item you want 2 of , put it in a empty bag , drag the bag into the sell square(in the vendors bottem right side) then sell it , buy the item then buy back the bag.

Step 5) First of all the realm won't crash due to you spamming buy-back on a vendor... Second they fixed the Arena crash bug ages ago now... You can't crash the realm on purpose, so what's the point even trying this when you can't do anything to restart the realm?
Step 6) If Step 5 was doable sure.. otherwise kinda pointless.

Nice try but you would need a lot of luck that the realm does a checkpoint save while you have the item equipped, then crash and somehow roll you back at the time when you had the item equipped and one in the bag... -_- just thinking about the % that this might happen (planned) is close to 0%

A) You can just ask a GM to give you a dup of that item
B) that item sucks anyways... The effect will not stack.

You cant... The PRIVATE SERVER must have the vendor... Ask a GM but if your on NORMAL WoW then you cannot get that item from any vendor

or you can do it the way i do it

buy the item that you can only have 1 of in a bag that is sellable
sell bag that has item in you want 2 of
buy another of the item you wanted 2 of
then buy the bag that you sold back

btw...there are easier ways than these to get item twice without having any server crash (like horde4life explained it). but well, atleast you tried it ;D
