Keep Fandral's Flamescythe out of combat

Ive had this staff on my feral druid now for about 2 1/2 weeks and I found a bug where if you are are near a instance and get in combat and have it transform you and immediately zone into a instance portal it will let you keep the fire cat form until the next time you enter combat again.

Bumping to provide addtional information to this thread. (also to report it to be moved to general. its not an "exploit")


1: Enter RFC or Stockades.

2: pull 2 mobs. killl one. run out of the instance while still in combat.

3: FIREKITTEH ""FOREVER""

effect persists through logout AND shapeshift. (you don't show as a fire kitty in other forms, but when you shift back to cat form BAM FIREKITTEHHH).

if you re-enter combat and leave combat normaly, you will lose the debuff and be a regular kitty again.

or...Right click the staff...it has a hidden on use

on use lasts 1 hour with a 2 hour cooldown. this method allows for permenent firekitty.

On use lasts forever until you replace the staff or enter combat actually.

wierd. mine shut off after an hour. diddnt enter combat. just puft. gone
