Agreed. I WAS subbed to their scam ONCE, but guess what. They haven't updated it since 2023, and have no active developers, and are still ripping people off. They promise regular updates, but were only releasing annual updates. This OCT it will be two years since their last update.

They release no idea of when they will get new devs in, they avoid answering people on the forums when a new update is coming, and when they do respond they give generic "WE PROMISE" remarks...and at this point, it's a dead project they are just hosing people out of money.

They lock the server to your computers network card, so if you reinstall your operating system, you lose the server. They do that to prevent people sharing it for free. All it takes to get around it is Ghosting it to a VMWARE machine and sharing that.

I created a ghosted copy of my OS to save it.

well,i have no problem paying the dev for his work,it might be his fun project,but he still has to dedicate some time(probably a lot),there are no playerbots/npcbots for pandaria,which i'd like to try...yeah,i purchased 'vip'...i'm just 'p' for them anyway...

maybe we should do bounty for playerbots,but what version and what emu? trinity does have some panda beta,or maybe skyfire?acore probably sticks to wotlk,i have not seen panda repo there,maybe wod?what would be the most reasonable version to stick to next? i'd like 64bit client,but not "press E to NOT die" style,which i have seen on version ?11?

The worst DRM I've ever seen in computing. They should not be supported with how they restrict you as a user.

I had VIP, and I can't reformat my computer because I will no longer be able to use the server. It's seriously that bad man. I'm tempted to format my computer to wipe it off because it's literally holding my computer hostage from being reformatted. People need to be warned about them.

i think so,i hope so,it compiled overnight(had to compile boost 1.83 and then this core),so i'm gonna test later in the afternoon...linux(no windows yet,i'd have to check some howto)
there are not a lot of developpers working on it,i hope this won't die...

i'm still going through the sources(i have to say i'm not programmer,but can read ),this looks either like heavily modified playerbots,or some really old version(like few months,exactly those months that got hose awesome updates),also there are 'taxipoints' , dungeon ids , toon specs (which stat what priority,which spell id to prefer,what to wear) and all these are probably not updated for pandaria,so...

this looks like a lot to do,and also a lot of either duplicity work(working on liyunfan1223's version and then modifying it to work on some core,not yet sure if skyfire or trinitycore,either way different from ac-wotlk), or doing own version...

how would people feel about tossing a few coins for this? AND (yes,that too) if there is a coder who would do this for some money? i never did this(make a collection/fund),but i would send ~few dollars gladly for the possibility of working playerbots on some newer-than-wotlk "server" (running on my own server,for me/maybe friends,that means working quests,instances etc...)

also,question is which core is best for this-has developpers,has the most functionality-my guess is the next most complete pack after wotlk(the unbeatable) could be 1a.pandaria and 1b.project-skyfire (since cata is meh for some,not a lot to do) and at pandaria project-skyfire seems most active

so what do you say?is this reasonable?

so emucoach did update pandaria repack after all,yet i must say (and this si basically about anything after 3.3.5) the quality is not awesome,lots of things broken...bots seems working,maybe a bit too good (for me as dps,they might be cheating)..stil died,and those idiots stand there,looking at me and no revive
