Retail, best way to send keypresses for Rotation?

So I just got back into WoW, I am finding it pretty hard to learn all these rotations and so on, so I looked for a rotation bot, but from what I can see most of them are easily detectable which is sad since last time I played I used a rotation bot which helped me keep playing.

I just thought maybe making my own bot would fix it for me, which if we just talk sending normal keypresses, that should be easy... I saw people saying they check all that shit now, so would it be best to do it via driver or could I go about it using arduino for it?
