You can talk to a guy that gives you a ram (does NOT have blue question mark) once a day, you have 4 min to go to karanos and back with barrels

the trick is to go underground and speed back and forth
EVERY TIME YOU DELIVER BARREL, YOU GET 30 MORE SEC TO YOUR RAM!!!
everytime you deliver barrel, you get 2 tokens, and you can continue like this how much you want!!

Wrote a simple waypoint bot for this, coupled with a speedhack it will farm indefinatly.

Ran it during nighttime, I can't fly :[
