yeah the site just flag u are a botter/hacker , since the site is not official related to niantic , everyone should be fine. the only problem is if u happen to show off ur account to your friends, they can search up yor in game name to find your profile there. They will see you flagged as a cheater

if you go to the ranking u can see the rank 1 is currently level 36. i don't understand why would you try to log in a level 38 account all a sudden into the website. is pretty impossible to reach such a level without the time gap ( release date and today ). level 36 is already unbelievably high.

Yes, you have to register your own account on the site. It then takes your stats from your account and posts them online...
