Explain what happened: Contacted on Discord to ask if he was still selling coins. He asked how much I needed and how I was going to pay. After tying to send the first time through PayPal I got a message that his account couldn’t accept payments at that time. He apparently needed to do more verification which took about 24 hours. He let me know when his PayPal was ready to accept money, I sent the money, attached a screenshot of the transaction, he said “1 sec” and then blocked me on Discord.
