This worked perfectly for me.

Created a new ahk script, copied and pasted the above script into it, then saved it.

Loaded up POE via the limited user method as usual and switched to Vulkan at the main menu, then selected "windowed" mode. Then logged in to the game and selected character from character screen.

Once in hideout, I alt-tabbed to the desktop and ran the AHK script I'd just saved. I alt-tabbed back to the game and hit right ctrl and left click. The screen switched to full screen without issue.

I then alt-tabbed out of the game and ran poehelper, then alt-tabbed back into the game.

Boom. Game is now full screen and poehelper works while using Vulkan.

Ah, it's the debug file. Okay thanks.

It's doing something, adds border to the screen but Wingman Reloaded still failed to work for some reason.
