Yeah, made it work on my second pc. Still the same error on ctrl-space, kJTn7bS.png
Ty for the code, will play with it.
What I see on space right now - the character is doing a lot of wrong movements, the cursor moves across the item several times, the char goes back and forth before actually picking the item. This is happening when there's more than three items. not sure what can be the cause. Do you have the same? Or you have clear clicks.

This works, but it murders my FPS brutally. I tried the simplified version, it also brutalizes FPS. Is it just because my computer is not brand new?

My pc is far from new and I dont have any issues with it.. but of course it will cause a bit of strain on your pc so if you lag in PoE already it will only amplify that.

Try manualling increasing click speed in the ini file to see if it helps.

Will ask again, since I didn't see it reported. Does anybody experience misclicks? My char just dances around a scroll several times before picking it. I guess it has smth to do with x+50, y+10? But it is literally unusable when the char is away from the loot, the script clicks again before the item is picked or idk

The script tries to click the top left corner of the item, I found this caused issues at times and also looked unnatural so the +50 / +10 is to offset this closer to the center of the item.. if your loot filter is really small text you may need to decrease those values but I would recommend you increase the size of your filter rather then decrease the script values.

How about my other question, do you have the jerking movements? or the pickup is smooth that the char is clicking and picking as usual?

Of course the movement will be jerky at times, especially with auto loot enabled.. its an auto clicker that is constantly battling for control of the mouse vs whatever action the user is doing.

It is not coded anywhere near the same as what a bot like exilebuddy is, this uses pixel detection only, so wont ever be as smooth as a bot would seem to be.
