I would like an in-game place of this painting called Lander's Peak, I think it would be cool to have a place in-game just to hang out at I don't need the people in-game though, Thank-you for anyone who can help,

that's the problem - you can't give rep and ... ehrm... this edit would be a lot of work to do. I don't think that someone would do this. It's just too much of work.

You have a very big request, imo you should try and learn to do this by yourself, you'll feel alot better doing it yourself
If you on the other hand find someone that can do it for you, I just want to inform you that you can not infact +rep people
