New(?) Flying Broom bug

Don't remember it being castable while falling before. Nevertheless, now it is. Good for aerial ganking/preventing fall damage or whatever uses you can come up with.

Hopefully not everyone noticed this yet! Didn't even try mine until today.

I remember back in TBC when mounts cast time still were horribly slow and these brooms were instant. Was alot of fun getting OOC in arena and just *poof* mount away to safety
