Good debuff to get out of CC in arena

I found some similar posts using debuffs to get out of CC in arena like

but nothing like the exact debuff i found. Basically, you go and get a daily quest from the oracles called A Cleansing Song A Cleansing Song - Quest - World of Warcraft where you have to go and kill 3 different mobs. One of them is called Spirit of Atha and gives you a debuff called Deadly Poison which lasts for 2 minutes and does 200 damage every 10 seconds which STAYS in arena. It's very easy to just summon the mob, get the debuff and enter arena over and over again. As long as you don't hand in the quest you can do it forever.

Not doubting the usefullness of this ''Expoit'' but.

The debuff lasts for 2min
The arena setup lasts for about ~1min 30 (i belive). True, you could join when there is 1sec left of the invite or whatever. But that would still only be usefull for about 1min and 30sec, seeing the waiting you do in arena. (I mean after you come out, you wait like 30sec or so to go. And if you dont, its a burst / cleave team meaning they probs wont CC that much)

Aside from that, the arena season ends next week. So there is that too=/

The Arena preparation time depends on what bracket you're playing in. 2v2 = 1 Min, 3v3 = 1.5 min(Not sure about it)
and 5v5 = 2-3 mins i believe, But atleast in 2v2, i know you can join more or less 10 seconds before the game is about to start, so if you're playing a combo with not that many buffs, it's defenately worth trying .
