PTR: Sin and Punishment Priest Bug

If you're on the PTR, and dispell Vampuric Touch from a Shadow priest who is specced into Sin and Punishment, you will fear yourself and everyone around you (Who is not in a duel currently). No real value but pretty fun to annoy people with.

On the one hand, everyone around you would be considered your allies, so it sounds like it should work like that.
On the other hand, they are the priest's allies and only you are their enemy at that time, so sounds like a bug.

Either way, I'm going to go test it and see if it's working for me.

It gives a buff called Sin and Punishment not a debuff so if you macro /cancelaura Sin and Punishment to your dispel self macro you can spam it even faster, it also has no diminishing return so you can keep someone feared forever until they realise they can cancel the buff.
