Discovered this when I went to do bwl for a quest, when you fight Nefarian he casts a debuff on priests which causes their heals to put a debuff called

Corrupted Healing - Spell - World of Warcraft

it's suppose to only do 44-56 damage per second, but the debuff scales with spell power, so my priest has about 3.4k with inner fire and it ticks for 3k+ per second and it can stack the more you heal people. The debuff also affects people you heal outside of your raid.

The exploit is pretty much, as you kill Nefarian, when he calls the class Priest, hearth, and when you do quickly heal as many people as possible (direct healing spells only, have not tested with empowered renew) and they will all die taking 3k ticks per second.

You can pretty much only do this once, but it's hilarious when you kill everyone in Orgrimmar or even Dalaran.

Yup. It's his unique "Class call" ability when he calls priests.

Druids get forced into Cat Form for 30 seconds.
Mages get polymorphed.
Priests get Corrupted Healing.
Paladins spam Hand of Protection on Nefarian.
Rogues get teleported and rooted in front of the boss.
shamans get their totems ninja'd and they buff Nefarian.
Warriors get an improved Berserker stance that increases damage taken.
Warlocks summon 2 Corrupted Infernals that'll attack the raid.
Death Knights get Death Grip stolen from Nefarian and he casts it on the whole raid.

Anyway, this is a great find. I didn't have a clue that you could hearth while this was active. Time to level my priest.

Ah damn, a while back when i were playing on a private server we could hit everyone with Divine Hymn. Imagine taking HS to SW or IF or any main city for that matter and killing around 30-50 ppl. +Rep for the find.

Edit: With hitting everyone i mean you didn't need to be in a raid with the person around you to heal them.
