    Kill low levels from opposite faction

    How to Kill Low levels from opposite faction in any zones...

    Step 1: Find a low level on the opposite faction as you.
    Step 2: Target him and type /duel
    Step 3: Type /forfeit when its done typing 1....2....3

    then he will most likely attack you without knowing that you cancelled the duel and you can kill him
