Need help on scammed account

So i scammed this account, and i have his username,pass,email adress but not his secret question. Is their any way how, to get more control over his account, so he cant recall. IVe already tried to change emails, it might take a few days. + rep to who ever helps me !

If there was anyway to get his CD Key you would be able to claim the account as your own!

I have been in this situation but i was able to guess as i scammed my bros account without him knowing..quite funny (we have the same mother = same maiden name lol)
