Explain what happened: I contacted the user Android32 via ownedcore PM's, on 11/17, to inquire about the account in question. He messaged me back telling me the account was still available and if I was still interested to send payment to the above paypal. Payment was sent same day. The user then pm'd me on 11/18 saying they received the money but were having issues claiming it, and if they could not claim it within 3days they would offer a full refund. This sounded a bit sketchy to me, but I waited the three days before passing judgement or jumping to conclusions. On 11/21 the user PM'd me the account details. After attempting to login to the account it had been permanently closed previously. Nowhere in the users posts, nor PMs was it stated the account had been banned. I messaged the user about this and they replied to me on 11/22 saying they would look into it. I have not received another communication with the user since then and tried reopening conversation with them on 11/27.

Still waiting for a response from a gm there, chill. The account was band for character selling, after i had passed ownership onto you. when purchased, I never guaranteed it would never be banned. But I am still currently trying to resolve it. and you never did try contacting me again on 11/27 never got the pm.

You either missed it or ignored it. I think you can see why I'd make the post. I also understand you never guaranteed the account wouldn't be banned, as buying an account has that risk. But anytime I have purchased an account that has been banned, it is not banned as it is logged in from a new location. Had it been banned a day or even a few hours afterwards, yes that is the risk associated with the account. Logging in to an account closed message is not my fault that you did not make sure the account you handed me was not in good standing prior to passing me it.

Android32, the account was banned while it was still in your possession which makes you liable for anything that happened to the account.

You are required to either give him a full refund or compensate him in some way.

Alright Illl handle the situation, still think its goofy no one here has patience, as my ban appeal tickets are still open.

The user and I talked a bit via pms but none of the compensation he offered was of any worth to me. I am giving the user until the end of December to try and get the original account in question back or a full refund. If the user wants to issue a full refund before that date it is fine as well. I will update this thread with the results if/when it is needed.

I PM'd the user at the start of january asking for an update on the situation they neglected to reply to me. I sent them another PM last night stating that they would need to refund me as the deadline had passed and they were not continuing communications and if they did not reply to me by the next day I would have to reopen the scam report.
