How to AFK farm in AV using macros

Why is no one suggesting /targetfriendplayer with /follow ?

It may be a bit unpredictable where you will actually go, but its better than just standing in the cave.

good idea but i seem to be having trouble , it does q me up but it does not enter me into the battleground when i get the popup do you know what i should change?

Step 1: Get an autoclicker with random interval or use another method to press a button on your keyboard every X seconds (random interval is better than fixed interval)
Step 2: Create the following macro:

/click BattlefieldFrameJoinButton
/click StaticPopup1Button1
/script WorldStateScoreFrame:Show()
/click WorldStateScoreFrameLeaveButton
/click StaticPopup1Button2

Step 3: Put the macro on your keyboard, disable all addons and go to the AV cave in alterac mountains. Stand inside the portal
Step 4: Set up your autoclicker and put your mouse cursor on the macro.

This will have you automatically queue, join up and exit bg once over. It will also prevent AFK as long as u click atleast once per 5 minutes.

I've ran this for about 4 days of 16-18 hours (with short breaks inbetween, relogging etc) before i got a 3day suspension for 'disruptive gameplay'. (Proof: https://i.imgur.com/uK6SyRQ.png). This just proves that i got reported a lot by salty alliance players, and not by warden or other automated processes.

So I got to thinking... Is there anything I can add to the macro that will get me outside of the cave? Cant use the AV trinket cuz its indoors, cant /follow people... I was thinking about 'click to move' but unsure how to set it up. The goal here is to be 100% afk and have this macro running 16-18 hours per day on its own. Any ideas?

I only know of the legit strat for Horde. Go to Frostwolk graveyard and die from a nearby mob, while in ghost form step back to avoid the auto rez from the Spirit Healer. Stay dead for about ~5min, rez, go in a straight line to the wolfs nearby, die and repeat the process.
