Reading chat / output of data

I don't usually post on Ownedcore but I do seek the information provided here fairly often especially when something new comes out. I'm a long time guild master but I'm looking to make my life a bit easier.

We operate with 5 25 man raid teams, and usually have 100+ people online and things can get a bit wacky.

I'm looking for something or some one that could help accomplish a goal and the possible implications the request could have (if any) of these two features

1. I'm looking to have made (or if exists) a small program that will output our guild chat to a discord web hook or txt file. It needs to be live data the /chat log only saves data on logout.

2. Guild rank changes made in guild output information to a web hook or txt file to be read by a discord bot to perform changes. The changes should happen as near to live as possible.
