Need some help to stay logged in / Enormous waiting times on my server

Hello guys,

We are currently facing a terrible queue problem on my realm.
Every day, the queue begins at 15:00 and quickly adds up to 2500 men at 06 PM, approximately 4h of waiting.

I have tried several scripts with AutoHotkey but I get every time a disconnect with error "wow51900319" (which I never get when playing normally).

That is why I'm hoping you guys could help me find a solution or advice to stay logged in throughout the day without the need to constantly play.
Hell, even 1 hour AFK could work!

Thank you tmanowen but I think AutoHotkey does the same job but better.
I have made a script which send random wasd and space commands. They are pressed for a random amount of time, and the delay between two commands is also random.

I have recorded my screen to see what was happening : for about 45 mn, my character is moving randomly.
Then, I get a hard disconnection with code WOW51900319, which (again) I never get when actually playing the game.
