Transferring items between servers and buying gold

Hey guys, I want a very rare BOE item that is nevera being sold on my server, so If got an idea, but I dont know if that would be possible.

There's a gold limit for character Transfer, but they dont say anything about items, so this os my idea:

-Find a server where someone is selling the item and with a decent ratio of gold/€
-Create a lvl 1 character
- buy gold
- get the item
- level Up to 10 (level 10 os the Minimum required for realm transfer)
- Transfer to my server, and send the item to my main character

Do you guys think, Blizzard could reject the realm transfer for suspicious activity or something? It would be an epic fail if I buy the gold and the item, but the character Transfer get cancelled by Blizzard for any reason.
So, anyone did this before, or know if It could be rejected by blizz?

Just find a website to buy gold that will buy the item for you and tell them to mail/trade it to you. Never heard of anyone ever getting banned on retail for buying a boe item. Anything could happen though, blizz might do a rmt banwave.
