I've been thinking about getting a new name by letting ppl report my current one. Do you guys think that would be possible if i get a bunch of reports?

And how did they do it? Just asked people in the guild to report? That would seem a bit fishy but maybe blizz doesnt care about that.

The old free character rename trick doesn't work anymore?
I.E. :
Delete your character -> Create a new L1 character with same name -> Restore character and it flags you for a rename as character with name already exists.

That's how I and many others got their free character rename on retail back in the day...

No i think they made it so you will have to wait 14days after you have deleted you char untill you can create a new one with the same name.
