Is my character bugged?

Hey,

I do lots of spellcleaving in dungeons and currently, I reached Zul'farrak. Spellcleaving in Zul'farrak requires you to do the walljump (most of the time, depends on the groups) after you've pulled the first 3 packs. No matter how many tries I am not able to do it. My friends have tried as well through teamviewer, and they're not able to do it on my PC as well. Is there an explanation for this issue? This is starting to stress me out.

If you don't stick to the wall, it might be because your FPS is too low.
