Best mage AOE locations guide

Hi, which AOE guide for mage you guys using ? I tried good ol In Frost We Trust but these locations are crazy overcrowded.Is there some alternative route with less people around ?

23-27 Gnolls in Redridge or Wetlands
27-29 Ghouls at Ravenhill
29-33 Worgs south east of Darkshire
33-35 Syndicate farm at Alterac Mountains
37-43 Murlocs north of Theramore
42-45 Murlocs at the eastern coast in Swamp of Sorrows
45-50 Pirates in Tanaris
50-53 Undeads at Sorrow Hill
53-60 Undeads at Dalson's Tears in Western Plauge Lands

But Swamp of Sorrows and Tanaris will be a problem due to overcrowded servers.Any alternate ideas for this ? im currently 41 and thinking where to go after i ding

Tanaris will be crowded but is there really that many players at the cost in Swamp of Sorrows? Other than that I have no idea though.

sadly swamp of sorrows murlock is constatly farmed by mages and people doing quests :/ so any alternative to these two zones would be awesome

What is the best "AoE" farm spells/rotation?
Flame strike, or blizzard? My wife has a 26 mage and I want to level hers up for her cause she mostly likes doing professions/auction house stuff

Blizzard sure is the most effective. It's newbie friendly and gives you almost full control of the mobs and does decent damage.
There's also a spec which focuses mostly on cone of cold but that requires more of the player.

That might be what I was having a problem with, I didn't have improved blizzard before-hand, and I was constantly getting killed while blizzard'ing 3+ mobs, even with improve blizzard (2 so far) after every AoE (normally I am hitting 3-5 mobs) I get out of combat with no mana and halfway dead, maybe I am just a noob with mage lol. My main is a Rogue so I am not really that used to AoE/mage in general. Retail I play DH and have a mage alt but that's a lot different than now.

Yeah, AoE grinding isn't as effective yet. Maybe in a month or two.
