Dungeon bots that fly hacks, noclip and all that stuff, how to get them?

How do I acquire one of these bots that recently has seen such great exposure, but Blizzard doesn't seem to care about at all?

There is no safe work[I]ng fly hack but EWT is what they're all using.

There are plenty of videos of people flyhacking in ZG and DM tribute. Fully automated Maraudon 1 pull bots and what not, surely it must be somewhere out there.

You got your answer above about the hacking, it's EWT mostly. You can use it, but it's not particularly safe.

EWT activated "fly" on safe mode. I still don't know if I'd use it multijump and hover work just fine.
