LF Padding Bot paying big

Basically im after a bot that can automate the padding process. For those unfamiliar, if you spam lvl1 toons to get 15hks and delete, you can flood the pvp pool size. I'm after a bot that can, take rez sickness over and over. Also does anyone know if a bot is able to create and delete toons? I'm willing to pay big for someone to help make it if needed. Does not need to be safe.
