There are a million different things this could mean you should elaborate what your trying to do, but, look for your characters race model in the folder tree path and click it....stop being lazy and mess around with it lmao

TO Khira: Update your video card drivers, if that doesn't work make sure DirectX is updated. Last resort is buy another video card cuz yours sucks like mine (I have same problem with my video card, upgrading my whole system mobo and all in June though!)
