C# DBC Library

I found this in a SVN whilst hunting around the internet for some other things. It was written in c# express, by the looks of it. I've updated it to a .sln file instead of a .csproj, added a couple of functions for getting the offset (which I needed for a project), and that's it. It hasn't been updated in over a year, according to the svn. Anyways, it's here if anyone wants to make use of it.
